The Good: Our company implemented Aplicor CRM and ERP almost two years ago in the US, UK and Singapore. The product excels in ease of use, business process automation and reporting. We also found it extremely simple to customize the system for our business.
The Bad: There's really nothing we don't like about the system. I guess it would be nice if the price were lower, but in reality, the product is fairly priced relative to the market.
