The Good: The monitoring and chatting operator console (very good organized), the ready content section and the immediate reports section.
I will strongly recommend this software if you want to monitor your website visitors and increase website profit. It is really easy to setup and use. I have used it for a while and it is very user-friendly....

The Good: The great thing about this software is that is really easy to setup and use. There is no downloads or installations. The operator simply logs in and starts monitoring and chatting. Also the operator can send brochures, promotions, guide the visitor through the website, similar like in the off line locations.
I strongly recommend to a business people that are not heavy technical educated.
