The Good: A large range of product options, which is important to my website www.firelocker.com. I tried about 10 different shopping carts, including GoDaddy's Quick Car, Volusion, VPASP, X-Cart, EZWeb, OScommerce and more.
The Bad: Customer service is difficult to contact and get ahold of, and I had to figure out a lot of solutions myself.
I went with 3Dcart mainly because of the large range of features. I was easily able to add in multiple pictures and options for each products. There are multiple features available. The hardest part is that you have to really learn the system to use it, and the options ar...

The Good: You can use you own image URL's from another server.
The Bad: Hard system to learn, customer service not friendly, unwilling to assist. limited hours of support.
