The Good: Color of cash register

The Bad: Customer support, constant down time, excuses after excuse as to why the "system" is unable to do what were promised. Inexperenced customer support unable to process simple tasks. Very long reboot time (>15min).

Detailed Review

This is a very expensive cash register. It can only handle VERY SIMPLE tasks ie amount tendered and change to be given. It has features found in simple cash registers that dont even require electricity! I would advise to wait maybe 10 years so they can get the bugs out. Make sure the system dose what was promised before you make any final payment because you will be looking for a refund. Look at other Point of Sale system with a "proven" track record and call those customes or better yet go visit a stoe using the system before you sign anything! Just ask users of this system and what they are doing with it. You will not find alot of satisifed customers for sure!
