You can help us keep our records up to date. When you find the solution you’re looking for (by searching or browsing), click on the “Update Solution Info” link. Modify any of the fields, upload logo or screenshots, add links, and update technical details (supported OS, database, and languages). More accurate listings have more visibility on BizAppCentral

How do I add my solution to BizAppCentral?
Don’t see a software solution listed here? Click the Suggest Listing link at the top of any page, and tell the BizAppCentral team about it! We will review your submittal within 24 hours.

Search or browse for the solution you’re looking for, and click the “Write Your Own Review” button.

What are the requirements for writing a review?

• Review must be written clearly and coherently, in English.
• Author must display a familiarity with using the software being reviewed.
• All required fields must be populated satisfactorily.

How do I modify, update, or delete reviews I have written?
You must be logged in to your account to modify, update or delete reviews. Go to the account management page and click on My Reviews, and you can modify them there.

Does BizAppCentral edit or delete reviews?
The BizAppCentral team will moderate your submitted review and it will be posted live within 12-24 hours. The BizAppCentral team does not remove reviews unless the review or author is in violation of the User Agreement

What criteria are used to rate software solutions?
When writing a review, users have the options to list the good, the bad, and to give an overall description of their experience. Also, a number of quantitative criteria are used including:

• Overall 1 through 5 star rating
• Ease of Use – Is the interface simple? Is it intuitive?
• Value – To what degree did the software solution add value to your company in accordance with the price you paid?
• Ease of Implementation – Was the customer service stellar? Was it a smooth transition?
• Product Features – To what degree is this a full-featured solution? Are there features missing that you wish it had?
• Customer Support – Rate your experience with the vendor’s customer support.

BizAppCentral uses its own algorithm to rate software solutions. Using information such as product popularity, quality of solution information, and user reviews, BizAppCentral calculates a BAC Rating score which helps you find the right solution for your business needs.
